Finemaster Bob spotted Bob Novell driving a new car, or, as Bob explained, a “new to him” Mercedes. There was little sympathy from the Finemaster and Bob was fined $50.
Dave McMonigle was spotted on the sideline at the USC game, celebrating with his fellow honored crew team members with a special tailgate party and on-field access. All this Cardinal & Gold celebrating was recognized with a $50 fine.

What put Pat over the line was the photo of him napping during last week’s District Governor’s speech. He was recognized for a fine of $50 and an essay on the talk’s topic.
