Substitute Finemaster Bob Harbicht rolled out his now infamous counting game, pulling in some lucky Red Badgers aided by some seasoned members to join in the fun. Each Rotarian was recognized for $25 for their memory and silliness skills.
Jacklyn Hamilton started off with:
- One good hen
- Two ducks
- Three cackling geese.
Jesse Hamilton helped her along:
- Four plump partridges
- Five Limerick oysters,
then Mike Real brought his expertise to:
- Six pairs of Don Alfonso’s tweezers
- Seven Macedonian horseman in full battle array.
Rich Hutton added:
- Eight brass monkeys from the sacred sepulchers of Ancient Egypt.
Finally, Jackie Tam So and Ashley Andrews brought it home with:
- Nine lyrical spherical heliotropes from an eleemosynary institute (yes, I had to Google that – I thought Bob made up the word)
- Ten empathetic sympathetic diabetic old men on crutches.
They made it!
