Bob Novell received the Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service at the District 5300 Assembly on Saturday, April 10, 2010 in Victorville, California.

This award has been presented to Rotarians in District 5300 on 24 occasions over the last 36 years and is a very prestigious recognition of service to the Rotary Foundation.

The Trustees recognize Rotarians who have rendered significant service to The Rotary Foundation. This award is only be given for demonstrated active service to The Rotary Foundation over a period of more than one year.
