Hello Rotarian friends! In an en effort to expedite the billing process and save a little bit of cash, we are trying a new method of sending you an updated statement – email.

Quarterly statements have been emailed to all members with an email address in the most recent directory. For those propping up our US Postal Service and do not have an email service, statements will be mailed to you later this week. Included in the body of the email are instructions to make your payment via Visa or Mastercard. Just print out the email, fill in the necessary blanks, and send in the paper to Barbara Lynn.

Please make sure to include the following email addresses to your “white list”, “friend list”, or whatever list your spam blockers may use to filter unwanted email. While your statement may not necessarily be “wanted email”, it is certainly not spam.

(Please note, there is NOT a space in the email address for either address – this is done to thwart spam robots. You will need to delete the spaces and combine the entire email address)

If you think you should have received an emailed statement but did not, or you would still like to receive your statement in the mail, kindly contact me and let me know.
