Last weekend Jock Hodgson of Kerikeri Rotary Club, together with some mates, floated the concrete floor of the barn that is being converted to the Maori Carving Center. Jock informed me the next project is a concrete walkway and drainage and the building is on track for the February 6, 2010 grand opening.

Arcadia Rotarians are invited to join the trip and festivities at the grand opening scheduled for February 6, 2010, coinciding with Waitangi Day, the day the Maoris signed the treaty with the pakeha.
