The tradition of District 5300 is to have all of the Past District Governors who are able to attend be present when the new Governor nominee is announced at their home club. So the 3 PDGs of Arcadia were all in attendance at noon today when Sylvia’s nomination was announced to the Rotary Club of Claremont.
