On June 24th, 2022, Chris Haddow became the 96th President of Arcadia Rotary.
Born in Covina to Jerry and Dolores Haddow, Chris is the youngest of 5 children. Growing up in West Covina, Chris attended Sacred Heart Grade School. Going on to graduate from South Hills HS in West Covina where he lettered in both Football and Baseball.
Chris attended MTSAC Community College before transferring to Long Beach State where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Continuing on to University of Redlands, Chris was conferred a Masters in Business Administration.
During college Chris was an LA County Lifeguard and served as head coach of the LA County Swim team, having two swimmers go on to compete at state finals. Additionally he played on the all LA County Water Polo team.
After college Chris was a nationally ranked and fully sponsored USTS National Triathlete for 10 years. He was a member of the Long Beach and Irvine Masters Swim Teams under coach Mike Collins.
Chris worked in the wholesale side of the bicycle industry for 16 years, working for three major brands as Western Regional Credit Manager.
Chris entered the banking field in 1998, and is currently with the Bank of the West.
Chris and Jeanette have resided in the Duarte / Bradbury area for the last 20 years. They have raised four children. Alex, Brian, Danielle and Serena. Together they share two young grandchildren, Peyton and Riley.
