1. The Arcadia Historical Museum will have a celebration honoring their 10th anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 9th. See Pres. Brad for details.

2. The annual Monday Night Football party will be on Oct. 31st at Paul Kalemkiarian’s house. It should be another great event, as it was last year.  Pizza gourmet operating the custom pizza oven for your pleasure.

3. Our Christmas party is slated for December 4th. Please mark your calendars.

4. Mike Ojeda announced the upcoming play at Arcadia High, the Alford Hitchkock comedy, 39 Steps. The club is invited to attend on Nov. 17th, and if you would like to go, please call Mike.

5. Preliminary work on our annual trip to Tijuana will take place on Oct. 15th, according to Steve Pelletier. If you are interested in going, call Steve. They will visit several orphanages and will plan a project to help the most needy.  We can use some help loading the truck tues. morn. Oct. 11,2011.

6.CNA Awards (Certified Nurse Assistants): A Night on the Town Tues. nite Nov.3, 2011.  Honoring those people working at nursing homes and serving the elderly in the San Gabriel Valley. $25 per.  Almansor Court.

7. Behind The Scenes. Walk through Hollywood. Sunday October 9, 2011. Meet there 9:00AM. Wear walking shoes and go before you go (no restrooms for first 90 minutes). Matt Weaver and Bob Novell.
