Ken Mallory reminded the club of the upcoming San Marino Motor Classic antique car show to be held on Sunday, June 8th from 9 am to 4 pm. The cost is $25 per person and 75% of the price of the ticket cost comes back to our club. Please contact Ken if you would like to purchase tickets. It should be a great time!

Finally, David Vannasdall announced Arcadia Rotary’s Teacher of the Month for May. Melody Isabella, who just happens to be the Teacher of the Year at First Avenue Middle School, is a science teacher who is very active both inside and outside of the classroom. Melody was described as a teacher who exemplifies the “Four Cs”: she is creative, compassionate, comedic, and somewhat … crazy! Melody’s parents made the trip from Las Vegas to watch her receive the award and were obviously very proud of her. Congratulations Melody!
