1. Denny Gearhardt passed away on Easter Sunday. Funeral service arrangements are being made.

2. Ed Butterworth (who was recovering from pneumonia) passed away last Tuesday, one month shy of his 100th Birthday. Ed was a long time City Councilman, mayor, member of Rotary, scholar, attorney, war veteran, and classic gentleman. Services will be at the Church of the Good Shepherd 400 W Duarte Rd., Arcadia, Saturday May 10, at 10:30 AM, with a reception at the Butterworth residence to follow, at 1145 Singingwood Dr. in Arcadia.
