Mike Ojeda said the Survey Form on the website was not being used and advised us to submit changes using a survey form at the meeting. If you want a new picture for the roster, let Mike know and he will get it done.
Rich Hutton announced that plans have been finalized for the upcoming Installation Dinner next Friday night at the Westin Hotel in Pasadena. The address is 191 N. Los Robles Ave. and the event starts at 5:30. If you haven’t signed up, there still is time. Please contact Rich and you will be added to the 150 who will be attending. Music and dancing has been arranged by Andy Bundesmann.
Bruce McCallum said the deadline for $40 tickets for “The Taste of Arcadia” is June 29th at noon. If you plan on going, please get a check to Bruce so he can turn it in to the the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce on the 29th. The tickets will be available in early July. The event is scheduled for Sept. 17th at 5:30. After June 29th the tickets go to $50.
Pat Barnes circulated a signup sheet for the various jobs that take place at the meetings. If you would like to lead the flag salute, give an invocation, make introductions, or be a greeter, please add your name to the signup sheet.
