4.  The annual Jay Johnstone Golf Tournament will be on 01/21/2012 in La Habra.

5.  District 5300’s  Super Build for Corazon will be on Saturday 04/13/2013 with the goal to build 4 houses fin 1 day or needy familities across the border .

7.  Red Badger President John Wilson announced that Brad Miller is the new liason from the club replacing John Murphy who held the position for the past 6 months.

8.  Dick Martinez announced that the club’s  Foundation received a grant of $27,478 from Rotary International Foundation to be used to provide water for 3 elementary schools in Tijuana, Mexico.

9.  Dick Martinez announed that the Rotary Amigo project will be the weekend of 01/26/2013 – 01/27/2013.

10.  Gil Stromsoe announced that Rotary International is continuing its campaign  to fight polio around the world.   He encouraged everyone to donate to Rotary Internation Foundation as money donated by the club ultimately returns to the club.
