Our own Finemaster, Ken Chan, (aka “Hawkeye”), started off Recognitions with “Happy Moments.” His first victim was Karen MacNair, who gladly accepted a fine of $50 for her recent airtime on KTLA News for Taste of Arcadia.

Next up was a two-for-one with Bob Harbicht and John Murphy accepting $13 and $12, respectively, for their work with a certain wonderful benefactress.

Aaron Rose took a $25 hit in honor of receipt of a kind donation.

Then came T. G. Metzger at $50 for colluding with Bob Harbicht and John Murphy in their endeavors. See above.

Gil Stromsoe was up next for $50, resulting from his participation in a certain cruise with Crystal.

And, finally, saving the best for last, Finemaster Chan ended his reign with the lovely Phyllis Corliss at $100 for her recent cruise, which ended abruptly due to a certain incident (we are so glad Phyllis is okay), and her upcoming participation in another cruise with Crystal.
