We’re slowly going back to live meetings at Embassy Suites on Fridays. With some restrictions we’re able to have up to 30 people attend the meeting. These restrictions include:

• Pre-registration is required. Registration closes at 9:00 AM Friday – or when 30 members are registered.
• Negative Covid test (within 72 hours) OR Proof of full vaccination is required for admittance.
• No food or beverage service will be provided.
• Members can bring their own lunch, if desired.
• Mask is required in all common areas of the hotel.

We will still be broadcasting the meeting through ZOOM for those people who cannot attend in person meetings. There is no need for registration to attend the ZOOM meeting. Just use the link provided by the weekly High Gear.
